Latzimas Extra Virgin Olive Oil "G. Kotzampasakis"
|LATZIMAS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "G. KOTZAMPASAKIS" is producing the unique range of Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil called 'LATZIMAS'. This range comes from the region of North Mylopotamos, Rethymno; a protected origin name product possessing superb properties of light taste and pure colour. The production of LATZIMAS oil comes from the highest quality crop of a family estate and combines years of traditional methods of cold pressing extraction with modern technology.
The LATZIMAS range comes in bottles of 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1ltr as well as tin containers of 3 and 5ltr and consists of:
§ Extra virgin olive oil (acidity 0 - 0.5). With its light taste and golden colour it goes very well with white meats, fowl and salads.
§ Organic extra virgin olive oil (acidity 0 - 0.5) With its fine peppery taste it complements fish carpaccio, vegetable soup, lamb and green vegetables. (Certified by the Organisation of Control and Certificate for Organic Cultivation)
In addition to the above range LATZIMAS includes a number of aromatic extra virgin olive oils:
